Terms for Using WPZora Products, Website, and Services

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to WPZora.com, WPZora Proxy Shield, related product pages, support services, license systems, download areas, documentation, and any other services operated by WPZora that link to these Terms.

For the purpose of these Terms, “WPZora,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WPZora. “You” and “your” refer to website visitors, customers, users, license holders, and anyone using our products or services.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website, purchase our products, install our plugins, or use our services.

2. Products and Services

WPZora provides WordPress-related software products, security plugins, digital tools, product documentation, product downloads, support resources, and related services.

WPZora Proxy Shield is designed to help WordPress site owners reduce unwanted traffic by detecting and blocking VPN, proxy, datacenter, hosting, abuse, and suspicious IP activity based on available IP intelligence and plugin settings.

Product features, prices, bonuses, availability, and promotional offers may change from time to time. Any purchase is governed by the offer details shown at the time of purchase, subject to these Terms.

3. Product License

When you purchase WPZora Proxy Shield or another WPZora product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the product according to the license terms provided with your purchase.

Unless otherwise stated on the specific offer page or purchase receipt, your license allows use of the product for your own websites, business projects, or client work where you are directly responsible for the website setup and maintenance.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, rent, lease, or give away the product files, license keys, download links, or API access.
• Upload the product to public file-sharing websites, marketplaces, repositories, forums, groups, or unauthorized download platforms.
• Reverse engineer, copy, clone, modify, or repackage the product for resale or redistribution.
• Remove copyright notices, license notices, branding, security checks, or access-control mechanisms from the product.
• Use the product in a way that violates laws, third-party rights, platform rules, or these Terms.

4. One-Time Purchase and Lifetime Use

WPZora Proxy Shield may be offered as a one-time purchase with lifetime use. This means that, after a valid purchase, you do not need to pay a monthly, yearly, or recurring subscription fee to continue using the purchased version of the product.

“Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product/service as made reasonably available by WPZora, not the lifetime of any individual person, company, website, or third-party platform. We reserve the right to improve, modify, replace, discontinue, or retire features when needed for security, compatibility, technical, legal, operational, or business reasons.

Lifetime use does not include a promise of unlimited custom development, unlimited personal support, guaranteed compatibility with every third-party plugin/theme/hosting environment, or permanent availability of every third-party service used by the product.

5. Built-In API Access and IP Intelligence

WPZora Proxy Shield includes built-in IP intelligence/API access for detecting VPN, proxy, datacenter, hosting, abuse, and suspicious IP activity. Customers do not need to create their own Abstract Intelligence API account, buy a separate API subscription, or manually add their own API key for the core detection feature.

API access must be used fairly and only through the official WPZora Proxy Shield plugin. You may not extract, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, resell, abuse, share, or attempt to use WPZora’s built-in API connection outside the intended product functionality.

We may apply reasonable usage limits, rate limits, abuse-prevention measures, license checks, technical safeguards, or temporary restrictions to protect system stability, prevent misuse, reduce fraud, and maintain reliable service for legitimate customers.

Detection results depend on available IP intelligence data, third-party data sources, network signals, visitor behavior, plugin configuration, and other technical factors. No IP detection system can guarantee 100% accuracy. False positives or false negatives may occur.

We may change, upgrade, replace, or supplement our IP intelligence provider or detection logic at any time to improve performance, accuracy, reliability, compliance, or service continuity.

6. Payments and Checkout

WPZora products may be sold through third-party checkout platforms such as JVZoo or other authorized retailers/payment processors. When you purchase through a third-party platform, your payment is processed by that platform or its payment partners.

We do not directly store your full credit card number or full payment card details on WPZora.com. The checkout provider may share limited order details with us so we can deliver the product, verify your purchase, manage access, issue support, and handle refund or license-related requests.

You are responsible for providing accurate purchase information, including a valid email address. If you enter the wrong email address or cannot access your purchase email, contact support with proof of purchase.

7. Refund Policy

If a sales page, checkout page, or purchase receipt offers a money-back guarantee, the refund terms shown on that offer apply to that purchase. Refund requests must be submitted through the correct support or checkout channel and must include the purchase email, transaction ID, and reason for the request.

We may refuse refund requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, outside the stated refund period, connected to unauthorized redistribution, or otherwise inconsistent with the offer terms.

After a refund is issued, your license, download access, update access, support access, built-in API access, and any bonuses connected to that purchase may be cancelled or disabled.

8. Support, Updates, and Compatibility

WPZora may provide product support through email, documentation, tutorials, support pages, or other channels we make available. Support is intended for installation guidance, product usage questions, bug reports, and reasonable troubleshooting related to WPZora products.

Support does not include unlimited custom coding, website redesign, server administration, fixing unrelated plugins/themes, cleaning hacked websites, third-party API management, or work outside the scope of the purchased product unless specifically agreed in writing.

We may release updates for bug fixes, security improvements, compatibility improvements, feature improvements, or technical changes. Updates are provided at our discretion and may depend on license status, product availability, platform compatibility, and technical requirements.

WordPress, PHP, hosting environments, browsers, third-party plugins, themes, payment systems, API providers, and security standards change over time. We do not guarantee compatibility with every website, server, plugin, theme, platform, or future version of WordPress/PHP.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WPZora.com, WPZora products, license systems, built-in API access, and support services only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

You must not use our website or products to:

• Break the law, violate regulations, or infringe another person’s rights.
• Attack, overload, scan, abuse, bypass, disrupt, or compromise WPZora systems, APIs, servers, license systems, or third-party services.
• Send spam, operate fraudulent schemes, distribute malware, steal data, or facilitate unauthorized access.
• Misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person, or submit false purchase/support information.
• Resell, expose, share, or misuse built-in API access, license credentials, download files, or protected product resources.
• Use the product in any way that damages WPZora, our customers, our providers, or the reputation and security of our services.

10. Intellectual Property

WPZora products, website content, product names, branding, logos, code, design, documentation, videos, images, sales materials, bonuses, and related assets are owned by WPZora or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit our intellectual property except as expressly allowed by these Terms or by written permission from WPZora.

Purchasing a product gives you a license to use the product according to these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, brand, content, API connection, or intellectual property to you.

11. Website Security and Customer Responsibility

WPZora Proxy Shield is designed to help reduce suspicious traffic and improve WordPress security posture, but website security requires a layered approach. You remain responsible for your own website, hosting, backups, passwords, administrator accounts, plugin/theme updates, firewall rules, compliance obligations, and security practices.

You are responsible for configuring the plugin appropriately for your website and audience. Blocking rules, whitelists, detection settings, API-based decisions, and protection modes should be reviewed carefully to avoid accidentally blocking legitimate users.

You should maintain regular backups before installing, updating, or changing settings in any WordPress plugin, including WPZora products.

12. Disclaimers

WPZora.com, WPZora Proxy Shield, and all related products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The product will block every VPN, proxy, datacenter IP, abuse IP, hosting IP, bot, spammer, hacker, fake signup, or suspicious visitor.
• The product will be error-free, uninterrupted, permanently available, or compatible with every hosting environment, plugin, theme, WordPress version, PHP version, browser, or third-party service.
• IP detection results will always be complete, current, or perfectly accurate.
• Your website will never be hacked, attacked, spammed, abused, blacklisted, or affected by security incidents.
• Use of our products will produce any specific financial, security, traffic, conversion, or business outcome.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPZora, its owners, team members, partners, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, website downtime, security incidents, blocked users, false positives, false negatives, hosting issues, third-party service failures, payment issues, or damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our website, products, APIs, or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to WPZora products, license systems, updates, built-in API access, support, downloads, or services if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused our systems, engaged in fraud, redistributed product files, misused license/API access, submitted false information, or harmed WPZora or other users.

Termination may result in loss of access to downloads, updates, support, license verification, API-based detection, bonuses, and related services. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and acceptable-use restrictions.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, business changes, security requirements, third-party service changes, or operational needs.

When we update this page, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top. Your continued use of WPZora.com, WPZora products, license systems, built-in API access, or support services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
