How WPZora Collects, Uses, and Protects Information

This Privacy Policy explains how WPZora collects and uses information when you visit our website, purchase our products, contact support, or use WPZora Proxy Shield and related services.

Last Updated: April 26, 2026
WPZora respects your privacy. We do not sell your personal information, and we only collect information that is reasonably necessary to operate our website, deliver our products, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve security.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to WPZora.com, WPZora Proxy Shield, related product pages, support communications, license or product delivery systems, and any other services operated by WPZora that link to this policy.

By visiting our website, purchasing a product, submitting information to us, or using our plugin, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

For the purpose of this policy, “WPZora,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WPZora. “You” and “your” refer to website visitors, customers, users, and product license holders.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information depending on how you interact with WPZora:

Information You Provide Directly

  • Name, email address, and contact details when you contact support or submit a form.
  • Order-related details when you purchase a product through an authorized checkout platform.
  • Website URL, license information, product name, and technical details needed for activation, updates, support, or troubleshooting.
  • Any message, file, screenshot, or technical information you voluntarily send to our support team.

Information Collected Automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, date and time of access, and general usage data.
  • Security-related events, such as suspicious requests, blocked traffic, login protection events, license checks, and abuse-prevention activity.
  • Cookies or similar technologies used for website functionality, analytics, advertising measurement, fraud prevention, and performance improvement.

Plugin and Website Security Data

When WPZora Proxy Shield is installed and activated, the plugin may process security-related data such as IP addresses, user agents, request paths, timestamps, detection results, allow/block decisions, and related log entries. These records help the plugin identify VPN, proxy, datacenter, hosting, abuse, and suspicious IP traffic.

3. Built-In IP Intelligence API

WPZora Proxy Shield includes built-in access to IP intelligence technology. Customers do not need to create their own Abstract Intelligence API account, purchase a separate API subscription, or manually enter their own API key to use the core protection feature.

Important: To detect VPN, proxy, datacenter, abuse, hosting, or suspicious IP traffic, certain security-related data may be checked through WPZora’s built-in API connection and/or our IP intelligence provider. This may include the visitor’s IP address, request metadata, detection results, and related technical information needed to make an allow/block decision.

The purpose of this processing is security, fraud prevention, spam prevention, abuse prevention, and protection of WordPress websites. The plugin is not designed to collect passwords, payment card details, private messages, or unnecessary personal content from your website visitors.

Depending on your configuration, some logs may be stored locally inside your WordPress installation, and some API-related technical data may be processed through WPZora-managed systems or trusted service providers for detection, monitoring, abuse prevention, service reliability, and product improvement.

4. How We Use Information

We may use collected information for the following purposes:

  • To operate, maintain, and improve WPZora.com and our products.
  • To process purchases, deliver downloads, manage licenses, and provide product access.
  • To provide customer support, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and communicate important product updates.
  • To detect and prevent spam, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, fake signups, suspicious logins, and other harmful activity.
  • To operate WPZora Proxy Shield’s built-in IP intelligence and security detection features.
  • To analyze website performance, improve user experience, and measure marketing effectiveness.
  • To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect our rights, users, customers, and services.

5. Purchases and Payments

Our products may be sold through third-party checkout platforms such as JVZoo or other authorized retailers/payment processors. When you make a purchase, your payment information is processed by the checkout/payment provider, not directly by WPZora.

We do not store your full credit card number or complete payment card details on our website. The payment provider may share limited order information with us, such as your name, email address, transaction ID, product purchased, purchase date, refund status, and related order details so we can deliver the product, verify purchases, provide support, and manage access.

Your use of a third-party checkout platform is also subject to that platform’s own privacy policy and terms.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

WPZora.com may use cookies, pixels, scripts, or similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, improve performance, measure traffic, prevent abuse, and understand how visitors interact with our pages.

We may also use analytics or advertising measurement tools, such as Microsoft/Bing tracking, retargeting pixels, affiliate tracking links, or similar technologies, to measure campaign performance and improve our marketing.

You can usually control or disable cookies through your browser settings. However, blocking certain cookies may affect website functionality, checkout tracking, affiliate attribution, or product delivery.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only when necessary for legitimate business, security, legal, or service-delivery purposes.

Information may be shared with:

  • Payment processors and checkout platforms to process purchases, refunds, and order verification.
  • Email, hosting, analytics, security, license, and support service providers that help us operate our business.
  • IP intelligence or security providers used to detect VPN, proxy, datacenter, hosting, abuse, and suspicious IP activity.
  • Legal, regulatory, or law enforcement authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

We expect service providers to use information only as needed to provide their services to us and to protect it using reasonable safeguards.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including product delivery, support, security, fraud prevention, business records, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.

Security logs, plugin logs, license records, order records, and support records may be retained for different periods depending on operational, technical, tax, legal, or security needs. Local plugin logs stored on a customer’s own WordPress website are controlled by that website owner according to their own settings and retention practices.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, secure hosting practices, monitoring, restricted administrative access, and other security measures.

No website, plugin, server, database, API, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own WordPress website, hosting account, admin credentials, plugin settings, and local data.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information we hold about you.

You may also request that we stop sending non-essential marketing communications. Transactional emails, support replies, license messages, product delivery messages, and important service notices may still be sent when necessary.

To submit a privacy request, contact us using the details listed in the “Contact Us” section below. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

11. Children’s Privacy

WPZora products and services are intended for website owners, entrepreneurs, developers, marketers, and business users. Our website and products are not directed to children under 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, technologies, business practices, legal requirements, or security needs.

When we update this page, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of the policy. Your continued use of WPZora.com or our products after updates means you accept the revised policy.
